How do I create an account with Chevignon?
Create an account with Chevignon in just a few clicks:
- Click on the “My account” space in the top right of the home page
- Enter your email address on the login page then click on “SIGN UP”
You can also use the “Facebook Connect” option to automatically pre-fill the sign up form. If you do this, our emails will be sent to the address linked to your Facebook account.
What are the delivery costs and how long does delivery take?
Delivery invoicing depends on the amount of your order and where it is being delivered.
Depending on the products ordered and as indicated on each product information page, delivery time (including transport) means 3 to 6 working days, except for (i) periods of sales or promotions when delivery times may be extended to 10 working days (ii).
For orders delivered to France of under €150, the costs are:
Colissimo signature: €6.95
Delivery is free on orders to France over €150.

How can I track my delivery in real time?
We send you an email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
This email will also contain the parcel number and a link for you to track your order online. All you have to do is click on the link and you can locate your package in real time.
You will also find this number in your order details on your “My account” page, which will show you the various stages of your order as it is processed.
What are the international delivery costs and how long does delivery take?

How long do I have to return a product?
If you are not entirely satisfied with one of our products, you may return any item purchased on our website free of charge within 14 days from the date your order was received. You may do so without having to give a reason, as long as the product is in perfect condition (see Terms and Conditions of Sale). This does not apply to products made to personal specifications (for example products sold by the meter), or products that have clearly been personalised, whether they have been made or not. These orders cannot be the subject of a right of withdrawal on your part pursuant to article 121-20 -2 of the Consumer Code.
It is free to return your order, simply use the prepaid return slip included in your order and drop off your package at the nearest post office.

Is online payment perfectly secure?
All the data concerning your order and your payment are sent encrypted using the SSL protocol, from your computer to our banking partner’s electronic payment terminal.
You can check that the security system is certified by looking for a closed padlock at the bottom of the page. If the padlock is there, you can pay online with complete peace of mind.
How can I pay online by cheque?
Payment by cheque is currently not possible.
How do I use my promo code?
The discount code refers to a specific transaction. It may be used once only and discount codes cannot be combined.
Using a discount code:
The discount code must be entered in the “I have a discount code” field then click “OK” below the amount before confirming your order. Once your order is confirmed you cannot add the discount code later. The discount would be permanently lost.
In addition, we strongly recommend that you confirm your order as soon as you have entered the code to prevent any malfunction that would make the purchase invalid.
